Dr Rosemary Taylor

Dr Rosemary Taylor, senior partner of Key Issues, qualified as a teacher in 1980 and later became one of the youngest Headteachers in the country. She attained a Masters Degree in Educational Management followed by a PhD in Change Management and now works as a consultant in schools, colleges and industry.

Rosemary also spends part of her year as a guest speaker on the international lecture circuit, recently touring throughout Europe, the USA and Far East. Early in 2007 she was appointed as an advisor to the UN, working in the Middle East in developing schools. Rosemary’s key specialisms are Leadership and Management, Gender Issues, Critical Thinking and working with the Gifted and Talented.

A growing number of associate partners now work with Dr Taylor in offering a wide range of high quality support services to enhance skills and facilitate the development and improvement of both individuals and organisations.
