London 2012

As someone wisely said, success is all about ‘the aggregation of marginal gains’…..

That certainly proved true here at London 2012. Reducing the thickness of the paint by a fraction of a millimetre on a bike frame made more difference than any of us would have ever believed…

A Busy Start to 2012

We have been (almost) around the world since the start of this year…from South America to Auckland, with lots of stops in between, including meeting up with a Headteacher about to take over the school on Pitcairn Island – how more remote could you get?? More recently we have just returned from North Africa, Spain and Portugal – a lecture tour based on the theme of ‘The Brain’ – ‘Mind Games’ in fact – looking at memory and retention, critical thinking, male and female brains, the teenage brain, and generally, ‘how we learn’.

Training Day Success

Your talk was stimulating, challenging and reaffirmed my thoughts about how girls learn and how we can best prepare them in school for academic success, personal development and fulfilment, and the world of work beyond school.
